It's even harder when a large-scale pandemic and the pandemic of social inequities creates external social and economic events that can neither be controlled or mitigated. 

 

Our mission is to ensure that as founders wade through unsettled waters to maintain the health of their companies, that their personal health is not left unattended. Our Wellness Cohort is designed to give founders and their employees access to coaching and mental health services as they maneuver the challenges ahead.

At 42Phi, we work daily to ensure that founders are guided through the pitfalls that are faced when building a company with little to no resources. But COVID-19 and society's quest toward social equality has produced a specific set of challenges that require the care, guidance and expertise of health professionals.
